  • On-line Pharmacy Services. Through our partnership with Express Scripts, eligible HIP members can fill prescriptions online with a 50% reduction in copayment if allowed by your drug benefit.
  • On-line Member Services. Our full-service Web site features new interactive tools for faster access to information. Now, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, members can choose their Primary Care Physician (PCP), order ID cards, update personal information such as their address and/or phone number and much more. Plus, hipusa.com is now available in English,Korean, Spanish and Chinese.
  • Toll-free Customer Service Line with 24-hour Interactive Voice Response. HIP's automated customer service line makes obtaining important information easy. Anytime, day or night, members can call 1-800-HIP-TALK(1-800-447-8255) to verify their eligibility status or arrange for materials (such as a member ID Card or provider directory) to be sent to them. If personal assistance is required, HIP Customer Service Advocates are available Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm (EST).
