AGREEMENT FOR USING THE HIP HEALTH PLAN OF New York INTERNET SITE
HIP refers to HIP Health Plan of New York and their affiliated or subsidiary companies. HIP products and services may not be available in all areas, and in many instances may be offered only through employers or other plan sponsors, and are subject to applicable regulations. The descriptions of HIP's products and services, if any, on this web site is not intended to constitute offers to sell or solicitations of any product or service. Anyone interested in a particular product should contact HIP in their area to determine whether the product and/or service is available there, and to request a copy of the applicable policy and other information for a complete description. EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS AGREEMENT
The foregoing Agreement is effective as of June 7, 1999. HIP Health Plan may change the term, conditions and provisions of this Agreement from time to time without notice. This agreement does not create any contractual or other legal rights in or on behalf of any party.
