You will be able to Enroll in our Medicare Advantage Plan directly on this web site. It’s fast and should take about 15 minutes to complete. We will receive your enrollment faster and be able to process it quicker. You will receive a confirmation number after you submit the Enrollment Application. Please note it down for your future use.
If you have already chosen the HIP Medicare Advantage Plan, all you need is to have your Medicare ID card handy to complete the Enrollment.
* If you obtain routine care from out-of-network providers neither Medicare nor HIP Medicare HMO will be responsible for the costs.
